Second Annual PAC Reception Honors Construction Industry Advocates T his past October, the Builders Association Government Relations Committee hosted its second annual PAC reception. This event serves as in 2015, accounting for nearly four percent of the state's total economic output. By calling the attention of Springfield to this significant impact on the economy, the Builders Association aims to create a larger voice for the industry.
