little experience. Now, it's time to kick
it in gear and take it to the next level.

chefs and unlimited resources. What about
A few C-Stores and truck stops found available resources beyond what they thought possible. Answers were right there in front of them
and turned out to be free.
Chris Smith knew he had to have something
that would make his convenience store stand
out. The Short Stop Food Mart is not on a busy
street. It's surrounded by mini warehouses in
the heart of Bloomington, Ind. Customers have
to want to find it.
He decided to make barbecue the center
of his food program and to do it up big each
