Returning to Prague for the third
time in this event's history  -
first in 2008 and most recently in
2015 - ISTAT EMEA will look to build
on many of the aspects that have
helped this event to grow so quickly
in the past ten years. In 2008, during this event's first foray to Prague,
approximately 400  delegates made
the journey, but in 2017, this event
welcomed 1,700-plus delegates to
Edinburgh, Scotland.
With EMEA set in a city-centered
conference center in 2017, the 2018
installment will see the event return to
a hotel-based facility for a more intimate feel, though all of the usual and
new hallmarks will return, including
The Hub and Jet Fuel Café, education
sessions, keynote presentations
and an expanded Deal Zone for
networking opportunities.
The Tuesday night event will again
feature a reception at an offsite,
elegant venue. One of EMEA's most
popular offerings has been the
outings on the days prior to  the
panel and keynote presentations,
and those will return in 2018.
Though planning is still underway, there are numerous options
on the table, including  cycling
and even out-of-town events with
shuttle transportation.
Though Edinburgh hosted a wildly
successful EMEA in 2017 in terms of
attendance and content, and topping it will certainly be a challenge,
ISTAT is up to the task and is planning some exciting opportunities
and content. Because of the setting,
the event takes place under one roof,
but members can expect plenty of
opportunities to get out and see
all  that the city has to offer. Plan
to join your colleagues and peers
in Prague.
