solved rather than fester and get worse. Moreover, when
dialogue and conversation comes naturally and freely,
employees are more likely to come to you sooner rather

treat them like you would a peer. You never want to run into a
former employee on the street and feel uncomfortable saying
hello, asking them how they are, and doing so sincerely. People
know and understand that sometimes the fit is not right and
employees leave or get fired. Being kind to one another is not
only good business, more often than not, it will keep you away
from litigation. z
