I've gained from years of managing
locations, just like the majority of PRSM
Members. I am excited to bring new
tools, templates and checklists I used in
my previous day-to-day role. I also look
forward to developing new resources
that will make the facility manager's
life easier.

Best Practices was identified by the
PRSM Best Practices Committee and
the 2017 Member Needs Assessment
as a resource that no longer meets the
needs of the member. The concept of
Best Practices is still highly desired;
however, the members want more realworld, practical examples.
The Best Practices Book was created
for members to share case studies
with peers to determine if the process,
checklist or new technology could
be implemented at their company.
