To assist retailers, RCC has developed a webinar series entitled 'EnAbling Retail-Accessibility Program'
which includes resources designed to
educate and support human resources managers, retail operations leaders and owners in achieving compliance with the Employment Standard.
The series is comprehensive and includes topics that range from ways
to create an inclusive workplace for
employees with disabilities, to practices to manage the performance, development and career advancement
of employees with disabilities.

that each and every store be a welcoming and encouraging place for
employees with disabilities to work
and progress their careers. It's about

In addition to the webinar series developed by RCC, the association also offers an EnAbling Retail
Handbook and AODA Employment
Standard Checklist. Each of these
resources will come in handy for
any retailer to use as guiding principles in achieving compliance and
making their retail establishment
accessible to all consumers and employees alike.
