RÉFLEXION SUR LA
PROCÉDURE DE SECOURS
(SUITE)
Dans notre édition ParaMag n°319 de décembre 2013, Polo Grisoni avait ouvert une réflexion
et lancé un débat sur l'évolution de la gestuelle durant la procédure de secours (PDS).
Il présentait en même temps une proposition de procédure par «atémi» sur les joncs
de la poignée de libération pour en assurer la désolidarisation totale.
Après concertation et réflexion au sein de la direction technique nationale, la fédération s'est
montrée défavorable à cette proposition, et elle l'a annoncé officiellement lors du Colloque
technique qui s'est déroulé à Nantes en début d'année. Mais la réflexion et le débat se prolongent
au sein de la FFP. Une réunion du conseil de sécurité est prévue sur ce thème le 3 juin au siège
de la FFP. Yves Devauraz, conseiller technique national, nous fait part de ses observations
et propose une réflexion personnelle sur la PDS et son enseignement, un vaste sujet qui concerne
tout le monde : élèves, confirmés et moniteurs.
La fédération a réfuté la proposition
d'introduction d'un «atémi» dans la PDS,
car elle considère ce geste comme étant
trop complexe et, entre autres, difficile
à réaliser en chute. Mais la réflexion
menée à cette occasion et l'analyse
d'événements récents ont mis en
évidence certains facteurs aggravants
situés dans la qualité de l'enseignement,
les difficultés gestuelles et la diversité
des équipements utilisés par les
parachutistes de tout niveau.
Le sujet reste donc d'actualité et une
première question se pose :
quelle est la fréquence des libérations
incomplètes et quelles en sont les
causes directes ou indirectes ?
Ne disposant malheureusement pas
de données concrètes suffisantes pour
répondre précisément à cette question,
seule, mon intuition et mon expérience
me font penser que les causes de
libération incomplètes ne résident pas
tant dans la technique de la procédure
actuelle mais peut-être plus certainement
dans la manière dont elle est parfois
enseignée. Dès lors, ceci entraîne une
seconde question :
Devons-nous remettre en question la
gestuelle (la technique) de la procédure
de secours ou renforcer son enseignement (ou encore les deux) ?
Nous sommes plusieurs formateurs au
sein de la DTN à avoir parfois constaté
des dérives dans l'enseignement
de cette procédure aux élèves.
