Changes in the nation’s correctional facilities market are requiring new ideas for infrastructure to accommodate evolving program needs. In Oklahoma, PSA-Dewberry recently completed a secure forensic center that provides residential treatment for mental health patients within the state correctional program. An innovative “treatment mall” offers counseling, evaluation, recreation, medical, dining, and visiting activities within a highly therapeutic environment.
