Lewis-Goertz and Company, Inc., announced Oct. 1 it had acquired the RBH Mill & Elevator group of companies that includes Rubber Belting & Hose, Mill & Elevator Supply, Co., EBM Mill & Elevator Supply, and RBH Industrial, Inc. “This acquisition provides LewisGoertz access to the growing agricultural markets in Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa, as well as product line expansion,” said Jeff Crane, Lewis-Goertz CEO and president. “RBH’s track record of organic and acquisition growth, combined with its reputation for service excellence, provides Lewis-Goertz an attractive platform for additional expansion in North American agricultural markets, he said. RBH/Mill & Elevator President Mark Dohnalek commented: “This provides us with increased scale to address our core strategy to become the national channel of distribution for the grain and feed industries.” Management team According to Crane, the management team at RBH will remain intact: • Dohnalek will manage the grain business and be based in Kansas City, MO. • Roger Payne will manage the grain business and be based in Kansas City. • Steve McNulty and Van Buchanan will stay in executive management positions and be based in Wichita, KS.
