UPS Offers Reusable Container Rental Universal Package Systems Offering Rental Options on Reusable Containers Universal Package Systems (UPS) has introduced a new rental program available on its entire line of reusable containers. Customized terms and conditions are completely negotiable. Short-term, long-term, buyback, and rent-to-own programs are all available. A rental option is also a way to reduce or eliminate capital expenditures, since rent is an expensed item, according to Jim Davis, vice president, sales.
