Ryan Obringer was tasked to
develop an entire launch
program training curriculum
for a newly emerging salesforce
in just a year. With exceptional leadership
skills, business savvy and training instincts, he
worked with key stakeholders and global
partners to develop an innovative and robust
training program to meet critical business
needs and empower learners with confidence
and clinical acumen.

Russell Pool has worked in the
pharmaceutical industry for nearly 16 years,
but was in a training role for just over two years
when he was selected as a finalist in the LTEN

Excellence Awards. Pool's passion, dedication
and commitment to training excellence helped
him quickly integrate into training at Ferring.
"Russell is a passionate people developer and

When Matt Serre's team was looking for a
new approach for workshops, Serre led the
group to come up with three unique and
innovative workshops focused on specific
selling skills to help build confidence and
competitiveness. Serre pushed his team and
