About the Authors Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Dr. Atkins has been providing clinical psychological services since 1977 and forensic psychological services since 1980. Although he maintains offices in Marlton, New Jersey, he has provided forensic consultation throughout the United States and abroad. He has consulted and testified nationally in multiple high profile cases including institutional child sexual abuse and neonaticide.
