OPTICALLY CLEAR GLASS FILM:

In an unpredictable and constantly changing world - both in the
industry and in the world at large - consistency can be extremely
reassuring. Customers expect consistency in many facets of
their interactions with vendors, but especially when it comes to
product quality and availability.
It sounds cliché, but product quality matters, and consistent
product quality helps to build a loyal customer base. Consider
this thought experiment: Would you buy a product - a smartphone, or a car perhaps - that cost 20 percent less if it had a
20 percent chance of not working? Some may be comfortable
taking the gamble, but for most, a feeling of certainty that we're
definitely going to get what we pay for makes our purchasing
decisions a lot easier. Even a single instance of inconsistent
product quality is a source of heartburn that can cause a loyal
customer to consider another vendor.

Another aspect of providing customers with a consistent experience involves being able to deliver the products the customers
need, when they need them. Not only does that mean being able
