Esko's CorruSpeed tool is designed for cutting corrugated board without oscillating. The
company reports the process will produce cleaner and more accurate cuts comparable to
conventional die cutting. CorruSpeed is compatible with the Kongsberg C Series, X Series,
XP, and XE cutting tables. It cuts materials up to 0.28 in. thick.
The tool includes a floating foot with spring-loaded, adjustable pressure in order to
crush the liner and prevent it from cracking while the cut is made. It features a side or top
pressure gauge.

Kombo SDC+ 3.2 | ELITRON | elitron.com/en
Elitron has released the Kombo SDC+ 3.2 digital cutter. Designed for integrating and
automating workflow, the machine features a conveyorized cutting table for rigid media and
rolls of material such as vinyl, wallpaper, banners, and textiles. With a 126 x 82.7-in. working
area, the machine is capable of creasing, cutting, and milling materials up to 4.7 in. thick,
including Dibond, corrugated cardboard, foam, Plexiglas, Forex, and more.
The company's Seeker System Pro technology automatically detects printed images and
reference marks and loads the relevant cutting file. The system also works to correct
distortions and printing errors, and allows users to manage multiple orders and multiple
materials with a single initialization. In addition, material can be positioned anywhere in the
working area; squaring the substrate at the zero point is not required.
The Kombo SDC+ 3.2 features a holding clamp, automatic tool presetting, a multitool
head that can be equipped with five tools at once, high-precision racks, vacuum power, and
an optional video projection component allowing users to reuse scraps, according to the
company. The machine is compatible with Elitron's Heleva feeding solution.

The 62-in. Patriot laminator is designed to address silvering and poor laminate adhesion
while laminating up to 30 ft/min. AGL reports the Patriot features a swing-up table with
webbing diagrams, top-heated nip roller up to 320 degrees F, six emergency stop function
switches, swing-out shafts, silicone-covered pull rolls, variable speed control, and 10-in.diameter unwind/rewind capacity.

The new RM-L router from Zünd offers 3.6 kW of power and 0.7 Nm of torque for processing heavy-duty materials such as acrylics, polycarbonates, Dibond, Forex, MDF, Plexiglas,
and more. The machine features a water-cooled spindle, a dust extraction system, and
routing depth up to 1.97 in., as well as a minimal-quantity lubrication system designed to
minimize friction and extend bit life. An intelligent surface compensation system works to
determine the thickness of the material and account for inconsistencies.
The RM-L is compatible with the company's D3 and G3 cutter series. Also offered is the
optional ARC HSK automatic tool changer with capacity for eight preloaded collet holders.

Colex has expanded its family of digital flatbed cutters with the Sharpcut SX1616,
a 60 x 60-in. table with a four-zone vacuum system and optional conveyor. The line is
designed as an entry-level version of the Sharpcut 3232 model, with integrated hardware
and software for growing businesses.
The system offers automated knife cutting, creasing, and routing. Features include a
fixed knife, oscillating knife, vision registration system and camera, optional 3HP router, and
more. The line is compatible with multiple RIP software platforms. Conveyor models offer a
clamping bar and roll feeder.
