wide angle Guerrilla Girls BIG PICTURE October 2017 It was only fitting that the print provider for the Baltimore Museum of Art's Guerrilla Girls exhibit be a woman-owned business. So, they called on Christine Walsh, president of Alpha Graphics (alpha-graphics.net) and a longtime partner of the museum. Walsh donated panels and installation time for one of the five walls of the exhibit, featuring 48 provocative posters designed by the Guerrilla Girls to use humor to call attention to the marginalization of female artists. After extensive back and forth with the artists themselves - "the yellow and pink are such specific colors," Walsh says - the posters were printed on a Mutoh ValueJet 1638X onto Photo Tex opaque media. 4http://www.alpha-graphics.net
