Artwork, permits and instructions can be linked to the work order and viewed directly from the software at any time. Control will also produce shipping labels, determine shipping weight and capture tracking numbers. Prior to delivery, you can convert the work order to an invoice that is printed or emailed to your client and use the integrated credit card processing module; then allow Control to handle the accounting or export it to a third-party application such as QuickBooks. You'll find more than 200 reports built into the software, or you can create your own custom reports. In addition, Control features customer relationship management (CRM) functionality, and will capture customer information and schedule follow-up reminders and emails. Cyrious Cloud is linked to a backend Control program, or you can tie it to other third-party management applications. The cloud system provides many benefits to large or franchise shops; for example, you can place materials orders or forward your design drawings and specifications directly from the web.
