RH Solutions has introduced Atma's
new Atmatic MF88/H Fully Automatic
Register Screen Printer, designed for
high-precision applications on rigid
substrates. The press employs a
four-post design and features a CCD
registration system; the print table is
automatically positioned on three axes
as directed by the CCD camera. Servo
motors control the table movement as
well as print/flood stroke, peel-off, and
raising/lowering the screen assembly.
A parts-handling systems loads and
unloads products automatically and
all print parameters can be stored and

64-INCH UV PRINTER/CUTTERS
Mimaki has released the UCJV Series
of UV LED cut-and-print devices,
offered in two models: the 4-color
UCJV150-160 and 7-color UCJV300160. Both 64-in. printers offer inline
cutting and RasterLink6 RIP software.
Applications include decals, window
clings, floor graphics, P-O-P displays,
packaging, and more.
DRYER FOR DTG PRINTED
Vastex has added the LittleRed X3-D IR
dryer, a multipurpose machine
designed to cure DTG printed textiles
as well as plastisol, water-based, and
discharge printed garments. The 30-in.
model features a preheating zone that
raises temperatures to 300 degrees F at
the beginning of the conveyor; the
design is intended to maximize the
distance and time over which the ink
maintains the optimal curing temperature, according to the company.
Each of the dryer's three 24-in.-wide
heaters is digitally controlled and
height-adjustable. Vastex reports it can
cure more than 360 plastisol printed
garments/hr, 100 water-based or
discharge printed garments/hr, or 38
DTG prints with white ink/hr.
The conveyor belt stretches 88 in.,
including a 41-in. heating chamber. A
targeted exhaust system is designed to
remove moisture and contaminates
from the heating chamber. The
conveyor belt is centered by a roller
belt tracking system.

Hotronix has introduced the Double
Sleeve/Leg Platen, a
heat press platen
can be used
to add small images in the collar area.
The platen includes a Quick Slip Lower
Platen Protector for loading or
threading garments on the platen.
Compatible with 16 x 20-in. Hotronix
and Maxx heat presses.

Nazdar's Care118 UV Flattening Paste
for UV screen printing ink lines is
