National Biotechnology Conference 2009 Preliminary Program - (Page 22) REGISTRATION INFORMATION Continuing Education (CE) Credits The University of Wisconsin is an approved provider of continuing pharmaceutical education. For attendance at each of the following sessions, AAPS will offer continuing education credits. • 2009 LBABFG Immunogenicity Training Course • Short Course #1: Clinical Pharmacology of Biotherapeutic Proteins • Short Course #2: Analytical and Bioanalytical Assay Development for Biological Therapeutics CE fees must be paid at the time of registration or on-site; CE credits will not be available after the meeting has occurred. Exhibitor booth personnel are eligible for CE credits. CE fees apply to all registrants except Spouse/guest and Exposition only, which are not eligible. CE credits will not be given for the workshop or NBC. Group Registration Groups of four or more paid registrants must be maintained in order to qualify for the appropriate discounts. Cancellation of one person from a group of four paid registrants will cancel the $100 discount for the remaining group members. Substitutions are allowed at any time with the registration rate to be adjusted according to membership status of the person who is the replacement registrant. Previously submitted registrations cannot be combined in order to meet minimum group requirements. Group registration cancellations received by May 29, 2009 will be issued less an administrative fee ($100 for members and non-members/$30 for student registrants) per person. All refunds will be issued after the meeting. All AAPS Short Courses Short Course registration cancellations received by May 29, 2009 will be issued less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for Short Course registration cancellations received after May 29, 2009. Registrant substitutions submitted in writing are accepted at any time without penalty. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply. All refunds will be issued after the meeting. If you require express delivery by FedEx, DHL or another delivery service, include your account number or credit card information for express delivery payment. Otherwise, allow at least three weeks for postal delivery. If paying registration fee by bank wire transfer, email registration@aaps.org for instructions. Registrations will not be processed until payment is received; the appropriate fees will be charged at the time payment is received. Lost Badges and Expocards AAPS charges $25 on-site to replace any lost badge and/or Expocard. This charge is necessary since AAPS is charged for each badge and Expocard printed. Exposition Only You may register on-site only to view the commercial exhibits in the exhibit hall during scheduled exhibit hours on Monday or Tuesday for $100 per person, per day. Advanced registration will not be accepted. This registration fee does not include admittance to any scientific sessions or the Plenary Session.
