Speaker Ready Room
Speakers are required to sign in at the Speaker Ready Room at least four hours prior to their session. The audiovisual staff will confirm your advance equipment requests, answer any audiovisual questions, confirm your arrival with the appropriate session moderator, and collect an electronic version of your presentation. Moderators are required to stop by the Speaker Ready Room to confirm speaker attendance and receive any late-breaking announcements.

Casual business attire is the standard dress code. In May, temperatures average in the mid 60s (Fahrenheit) during the day and low 50s (Fahrenheit) at night.
