Curran, the firm’s co- Douglas McKeown founder, who held the position for the past 30 years. McKeown joined Woodard & Curran in 1992 as head of business development. McKeown was elected senior vice president in 1996 and became the firm’s first director of marketing, a position he held from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, he returned to the firm’s operations and management business center, leading it to its position today. Rosser International, Inc. elected William S. Griffin Lisa Nungesser In related firm news, Lisa Nungesser, a senior vice president at PB, has been named to the International Advisory Board of The Women’s Transportation Seminar, a national organization dedicated to professional development of women who have established an excellent reputation in the transportation field. Nungesser, who is based in the firm’s San Antonio office, is the national services director for planning and environment and has over 28 years of experience. GEI Consultants, Inc. promoted Michael P. Walker to William S. Griffin chairman of the board. Griffin, who is the director of company operations, previously served as secretary of the firm’s Board of Directors. Griffin, a building systems analyst, joined the firm in 1968 and became a principal in 1977. PB announced two senior promotions: Andreas K. Rothe has been named a Michael P. Walker vice president. Walker has over 25 years of experience in soil-structure interaction and the design and construction of new developments and renovations of existing facilities in urban areas adjacent to existing and sensitive structures. Brian K. Mahoney and Michael A. Petrin have Andreas Rothe Shyam Gupta senior vice president, where he will serve as the company’s controller. Rothe has 18 years of management experience. Shyam Gupta has been named a vice president at PB, where he will be responsible for technical support and quality control for major structural projects nationwide. Gupta is based in the firm’s St. Louis office and comes to PB after a 37-year career with the Missouri Department of Transportation. Brian K. Mahoney been elected to the board of directors of Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon (BWSC). Mahoney is vice president and manager of the Knoxville Facilities Group and has more than 23 years of experience in structural engineering and 38 ENGINEERING INC. sEptEmbER / oCtobER 2007
