Gregs Thomopulos, current presiGregory V. Brown was recently hired by Parsons Corp. as vice president of business development for its Bridge & Tunnel Division. He will be responsible for strengthening and growing Parsons’ market position in the western United States. Dennis Morrison Gayle A. Roberts dent and CEO, was elected chairman and CEO. Dick Stanley, current chairman, was elected chairman emeritus and continues to be a director of the company. Roberts has been with the firm for 25 years, most recently as senior vice president and business leader of its education, health care and industry business unit. John R. Kenny has been Greenhorne & O’Mara appointed Ingrid D. Phillips vice president. Phillips requested headshot named a senior vice president and appointed to the board of directors of Gannett Fleming, Inc. Kenny, who will be based in the firm’s Phoenix office, will direct the firm’s planning, design and program management of civil, environmental and transportation projects throughout the western United States. Dennis Morrison has joined Volkert & Associates, Inc., Gregs Thomopulos Gregory V. Brown also serves as the company’s controller and assistant treasurer. Phillips, who has more than 28 years of experience in accounting, finance and business operations, has held positions with the World Bank and with consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton, Weston Solutions and Affiliated Computer Services. Rick Cunningham has been Dick Stanley as senior vice president. He will be responsible for expanding the firm’s traditional state transportation practice and growth in emerging local and federal markets. Based in the firm’s Alexandria, Va., office, Morrison will manage the firm’s engineering practice in Virginia, Washington, D.C., West Virginia and Maryland. Morrison comes from the Virginia Department of Transportation after 31 years of service. Ingrid D. Phillips named a senior vice president and national strategic sales manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB). Cunningham, who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing large infrastructure projects and facilitating key market initiatives in the United States, will be based in PB’s Herndon, Va., office. Mary Ellen Petcavage has been promoted to vice president of human resources for the architecture and engineering firm Borton-Lawson.
