the role of mentoring cannot be underestimated. In this session,
strategies and techniques that maximize the chances of a successful mentor/mentee partnership will be shared and a framework for
guiding this critical relationship will be outlined. Cynthia
Kivland, president of Smart2Smarter Coaching, and Michael
Broscio, director of ACHE's Healthcare Executive Career
Resource Center, will lead this interactive session designed to
improve the effectiveness of your role as either a mentor or mentee.
