that determine success in key special interest areas. Faculty presentations will be enhanced
by interactive group discussion. Share personal experiences while developing a professional

Baldrige Boot Camp Sunday, March 25

* Discuss the Baldrige criteria, including realities and misconceptions, and how they can be used to improve organizational
performance.
* Improve your organization's processes and outcomes regardless
of whether you are on a formal Baldrige journey.

improve results are healthcare leaders' primary challenges and
responsibilities. The Malcolm Baldrige Health Care Criteria for
Performance Excellence were created as a framework for this

practices used by Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award

CEO Boot Camp Sunday, March 25

viability, developing quality management techniques, collaborating with medical staff, building strong ties with the board and
