Table 3 summarizes some key documentation areas and the reported frequency of access to those areas. Various existing clinical summary tabs within the EHR were also evaluated for access. With input from clinical practitioners in different disciplines, team members from the informatics department developed and incorporated integral components of the EHR into these summaries to provide an overall summary of important clinical information in one snapshot view.
