Clinical use of the maxillary anterior bite plane appliance will be discussed including diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Participants will fabricate an anterior bite plane on a maxillary model of themselves. By the end of the course, participants will be able to: 1. Fabricate an anterior bite plane appliance This hands-on course makes suturing and socket grafting easy with discussions on materials, needles, techniques and surgical knots. It also shows the how, when and why of suturing for particular clinical procedures and the placement of regenerative barriers. We will place implants and do the prosthetic steps on simulated mandibles and mock complete denture setups.
