By the end of the course, participants will be able to: 1. See the advantages and disadvantages of esthetic materials in single and multiunit restorations 2. Understand tooth prep and material options for partialand full-coverage anterior restorations 3. Know impression options for teeth and implants: material choices, methods and coping design Using plastic blocks and extracted teeth, clinicians will do complete endodontic procedures from negotiation to obturation, with the latest technology and procedures. Dr. Buchanan will demonstrate each procedure followed by the attendees. Results will be assessed with digital radiography. By the end of the course, participants will be able to: Fee Course D ESTHETIC DENTISTRY 1. Safely use rotary instruments to negotiate canals without hand instruments 2. Shape canals with just one or two files and efficiently clean them 3. Three-dimensionally obturate root canal systems with two methods of centered condensation Each attendee learns surgical procedures on his or her own pig mandible. Perform a frenectomy, biopsy, flap techniques and an I and D. Learn suturing techniques and extract anterior and posterior teeth. All materials and instruments are supplied.
