The operator selects the weld energy, adjusts weld voltage, points the weld pencil at the workpiece, and steps on the footpedal; additional pulses are generated by subsequent pedal depressions. WELDER Plus Primotec/Dentation primotec phaser The three models of primotec phaser pulsed micro-arc welders—as1 (pictured), mx1, and ec1—provide accurate laser-quality welding to a broad spectrum of dental applications. The compact, flexible units do not have a welding chamber; adjustable argon gas coverage is provided directly through the handpiece to minimize gas consumption. BENCHTOP WELDERS The WELDER Plus micro impulse arc welding system features a clamshell opening, a 20X microscope, two different size electrodes, a cooling air hose, and LED lighting to enhance chamber visibility and reduce glare.
