NEW PACKAGING CYNACON/OCuSOFT Inc., Richmond, Texas, (800) 233-5469, is has a new Alodox Convenience Kit for adjunctive eyelid therapy and hygiene. The kit contains Alodox (doxycycline hyclate 20 mg) to treat inflammation, OCuSOFT Lid Scrub Plus extra-strength premoistened pads, and OCuSOFT Lid Scrub original foaming eyelid cleanser. Sanofi-aventis Group, Bridgewater, N.J., (908) 243-6000, has introduced a new, 200-mg single-use vial of the chemotherapy agent Eloxatin (oxaliplatin injection). The drug had already been available in 50- and 100-mg single-use vials. Eloxatin is indicated for patients with adjuvant stage III colon cancer and advanced colorectal cancer.
