The majority of respondents indicated they are members of CPhA. Among those who were not, the main reasons given were related to the costs of membership. About one in 10 cited bad experiences, and one in 10 indicated the programs/services are not useful. Overall, about three in five respondents were satisfied with CPhA, and about one in nine were dissatisfied. Some respondents explained the cost of the membership as the reason for their disappointment in the organization. Others attributed their dissatisfaction with CPhA to poor representation of employee pharmacists. The hope is that a bill will be sponsored by the CPhA that would help improve working standards.
