Expanding brown patch on the chest and arm A 16-year-old male presents to the clinic with a 4-year history of a unilateral expanding brown patch on his chest and arm. The lesion is asymptomatic, but it is developing coarse hair within it. The patient is otherwise healthy, is taking no medications, and has no family history of skin problems.
