This is often the case when trusses are at 24” o.c. and wall studs are at 16” o.c. The TradeReady® Header or Deep Leg Track is one of the most economical systems to distribute loads that do not align. These one piece members replace the standard top track and serves to distribute loads as well as secure the end of each wall stud. • One-piece system. • Roof trusses are not required to align with wall studs. • Labor saving assembly. • Easily insulated after installation. ® DISTRIBUTION HEADERs LAY IN STUD WITH DEEP LEG TRACK The Distribution Header utilizing the Lay In Stud with Deep Leg Track is a two-piece assembly that eliminates the need for in-line framing. The stud and track work together as a beam to transfer load to the wall studs. The C-stud is nested inside the deep leg track.
