In the hands of a trained designer, this sophisticated program can create efficient, cost-effective Ultra-Span® truss designs for virtually any combination of span, profile, and load conditions imaginable. • Aegis Integration Manager (A.I.M.) AIM users have the power of a mini-Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program at their fingertips. Estimating, quoting, job tracking, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools are just a few of the functions that A.I.M can help cold-formed steel truss fabricators to automate and manage. • Aegis Summary For those Aegis fabricators who don’t need the full power of AIM, the Summary module offers a less comprehensive, but still robust job quoting and customer management tool. • Aegis Batch Batch is one of the many computer aided manufacturing (CAM) resources that Aegis offers its fabricators. This flexible, highly customizable program allows fabricators to select a truss or trusses from one job or multiple jobs and sort them to maximize output in their cutting operation. • Aegis Jigset Another of our manufacturing productivity tools, Jigset lets the fabricator model truss jig tables on the computer screen.
