David Weaver is VP, Regulatory Affairs. Mike Morley is now managing director, Rates & Regulatory Accounting. Steve Lindsey has joined Laclede Gas as EVP, COO, and president. Piedmont’s Chairman, President, and CEO Thomas Skains is the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce’s new 2nd vice chairman; he will lead the chamber as chairman in 2015. John D’Orazio has been appointed president and CEO of RGC Resources subsidiary Roanoke Gas Co. D’Orazio will replace John Williamson. Williamson will continue as chairman, president, and CEO of RGC Resources on a part-time basis during the transition. Carl Shockley, Jr. has been named VP, Operations of Roanoke Gas. At UGI, Kirk Oliver has been named CFO. UGI CEO Lon Greenberg has announced plans to retire in the spring of 2013; John Walsh will take his place. And at Wisconsin Energy, Rick Kuester is retiring in January as CVP and CFO of the corporation and subsidiaries, with J. Patrick Keyes named to take his place.
