What to expect on the test - What are the steps in becoming Accredited? 5 Sessions totaling 24 hours of mixed study & instruction from LEED Accredited Professionals DATE: 1st Group 2nd Group Session Two: All Day Workshop (8 Hrs) 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Sustainable Sites - Energy and Atmosphere - Indoor Environmental Quality - Innovation in Design - Sample Test Questions Session Three: Interactive Study Forum (4 Hrs) 1:00 to 5:00 PM The focus of this session will be commissioning. A LEED Accredited Professional will guide participants through the points system used in LEED commissioning and demonstrate how developing how developing a working knowledge and understanding will help to pass the test. Review case studies & learn the importance of developing & following a Construction Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Management Plan while pursuing LEED Environmental Quality (EQ) credits, especially the IAQ performance testing following construction. This course covers HVAC protection steps, pollutant source control, general housekeeping measures, MSDS maintenance, and the importance of properly sequencing activities. This training is ideal for all contractors working on the interior of a building that is undergoing the LEED certiﬁcation process.
