Henk Femer, HF-Airbrush Born in Amsterdam 1966 and always being the bad guy in class, never doing my homework and always busy with drawing instead of doing the work I was suppose to do. At the age of 18 I was working as a sail maker and did work for 19 years until I had to stop because of an accident, a bad back injury. I was airbrushing for a few years as a hobby and started to do this full time, because I could not do my old job anymore, I didn’t have much choice. I was started my airbrushing business from a small bedroom in my house until this became way too small. The main subject of most of my artwork is dogs for the simple reason dogs are always honest and loyal till the end. That’s why I made this my specialty; I just live with and for dogs. At the end of 2007 I heard that the company who rented the office space in my old business was leaving. This was my chance to set up my business in a better place, January 2008 I finally finished decorating and was ready for business I’ve got a nice storefront and I even started to give some workshops, something I always refused to do until now.
