Palm - Fall 2007 - (Page 24) L O YA L T A U Indiana ’06 Douglas J. Rosenstein, For mer C hapter President A r l i n g t o n , Te x a s Douglas Rosenstein QA & L LT # 0 1 5 5 9 just finished his term as chapter president of chapter of Alpha Tau the Indiana Delta Alpha Omega. He took time to sit in the Life Loyal go over some perks of Life Loyal Tau. Tau Q & A hot seat and being an undergraduate Q: Why did you join LLT? A: Once I was slated to be the next Worthy Master at Delta Alpha I couldn’t stop talking to my parents about how excited I was. They really wanted to be part of the experience, so they called up National Headquarters and got the idea. Q: What are the benefits to being an undergraduate LLT? A: Being a LLT signifies a commitment to the organization at an early stage that most undergrads can’t claim. It also means that I am already impacting my undergraduate brothers. Plus the lapel pin is really cool looking. Q: What is your major and favorite class? www.ato.org 24 A: I am a Finance and Accounting Major in the Kelley School of Business. My favorite class was last semester: the History of the Music Industry because I have always been interested in the recording industry and bands, plus I attempt at playing a few instruments myself. Q: So are you going to start your own record label when you graduate? A: No, it’s more of a hobby. I really want to do something in the investment banking field and possibly go to graduate school after working for a few years. Or become a super hero. Q: Which superhero are you most like? A: Probably Quail Man from Nickelodeon’s “Doug”, because his alter ego and I share a name and a laid back kind of personality. Q: What is the best thing about being an ATO? A: I actually got an internship at the Bridge Finance Group in Chicago, which was the first time a sophomore has ever received it. One of the brothers has a connection with a recruiter so I was able to get my foot in the door. I’m going to spend this summer in Chicago and don’t even feel like I’m going to be away from home. ATO can give you concrete benefits like the work experience, as well as things like a home away from home. palm http://www.ato.org
