Blackmer Adds Models To Its NP, X Pump Series
GRAND RAPIDS, MI.-Blackmer®,
part of PSG®, has added the NPH and
XH series sliding vane pump models to
its NP and X series product families.
According to the company, both the
XH series pumps, designed to handle a
wide range of noncorrosive and nonabrasive industrial liquids and petroleum products, and the NPH series pumps, which
are used for handling viscous or shear-

sensitive fluids, feature the same performance characteristics as the NP and X
series models. They are available in 2inch, 2.5-inch, 3-inch and 4-inch sizes.
Users can choose between 90- and
180-degree porting. Blackmer points out
that other brands may not allow 180degree porting in all pump sizes.
Standard features on both pump models
include an internal relief valve that protects
against excessive pressures, a smaller
motor for lower operational costs, high
volumetric efficiency, and symmetrical
bearing support for extended life, Blackmer
says. The company adds that the sliding
vane method of operation improves performance and energy-efficiency while reducing maintenance costs.

NecesSea Changes Name To Reﬂect Market Focus
MADISONVILLE, LA.-NecesSea
LLC, a marine and oil and gas service
application company, has changed its
name to Cleargistix LLC. It says the shift
aligns with its strategy of expanding its
digital ticketing and logging solution
from the offshore marine environment to
the onshore oil and gas services industry.
"The new branding is intended to tell
the market that we are the clear choice
for their digital ticketing solution. It's all
right there in the name-Cleargistix," says
Steven Toups, the company's president
and chief executive officer.
The Cleargistix application was created

to increase asset productivity by eliminating paper and labor costs, reports
Casey Richie, the company's vice president
of sales and marketing.
Cleargistix says the application connects field operations to the office, giving
on- and offshore oil and gas service companies an efficient and cost-effective
digital system for recording field or vessel
activities. The configurable platform provides real-time revenue, personnel and
other information, the company adds.

Milestone Environmental Buys South Texas Facility
HOUSTON-A newly formed subsidiary of Milestone Environmental Services LLC has acquired an oil field waste
facility under construction near Smiley,
Tx., in Gonzalez County. Milestone notes
that it has support from private equity
firm Intervale Capital.
Milestone describes itself as one of the
first U.S. companies to commercially manage oil field waste through slurry injection
and says the Smiley facility will expand
the company's footprint in the Eagle Ford

region. Milestone President and Chief Executive Officer Gabriel Rio says the company is excited to add the facility to its
network of oil field waste disposal sites.
"With six strategically positioned locations
throughout the Eagle Ford and Haynesville
Shale regions, we are able to provide our
customers with a nearby, safe, environmentally sustainable solution for disposing

Rittal Adds Stainless Steel
To Its TS 8 Enclosure Line
SCHAUMBURG, IL.-Rittal Corp. has
released a harsh-environment 316 stainless
steel version of its flagship product, the
TS 8 enclosure. With more than 10 million
TS 8 units sold worldwide, the company
says the enclosure has proven itself in
manufacturing, medical and wind power
applications.
The 316 stainless steel iteration extends
the TS 8's applications to oil and gas installations, Rittal reports.
"Many industries have been looking
for a more rugged version of our flexible
and modular TS 8 that can endure harsh
settings where corrosion is a way of life,"
says Glenn Wishnew, Rittal's senior product manager. "316 stainless steel meets
that need, while still allowing the TS 8 to
deliver on its design innovations, namely
expandability by baying, lower weight
for reduced transportation costs, 30 percent
more mounting space within, and far
easier assembly and disassembly for reduced labor costs and time."
The UL Type 4X modular enclosure
system provides flexibility, strength, durability and scalability in a freestanding

Acquires Water Transfer
FORT WORTH-Fluid Delivery Solutions LLC has acquired Water Transfer
LLC, a water transfer and equipment rental
business that focuses on the Permian Basin.
Based in Midland, Water Transfer
works with operators to deliver cost-effective water transfer and equipment
rental services, FDS describes. "We are
thrilled to lock arms with the Water Transfer team and are excited to welcome
them to the FDS family," says Dan Dunkelberg, FDS founder and chief executive
officer. "The acquisition of Water Transfer
