SAP PP/VC Business Analyst
Vallourec USA, Corp. has an opening for an SAP
PP/VC Business Analyst in the Houston Texas office.
The SAP PP/VC Business Analyst supports the company's Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance SAP
modules. Responsible for the configuration and daily
support of the SAP Production Planning and Variant
Configuration, in a discrete manufacturing make-toorder/make-to-stock environment, using knowledge/
experience in the SD and MM modules. Design and
maintenance of interfaces with manufacturing execution systems (MES). Maintain PP and VC configuration in production and test environments. Key components of the role include: providing applications
development and enhancement functions including
analysis, design, coding, testing and object transports
applying SAP VC Module programming language;
acting as key contact with the business users to develop additional PP and VC functionalities; leading
projects to implement new and enhance existing functionalities including articulating requirements and
translating them into effective solutions; mentoring
users and teammates on PP and VC functionalities;
participating in systems and integration (design,
analysis and testing); working with the IT Helpdesk,
Corporate IT and 3rd Party Support for the day-today support and enhancement projects; Respond to

end-user problems; documenting and performing
unit, integration and regression testing in support of
new implementations and releases; identify and address significant cross-team, cross-functional issues
and/or significant technical challenges. Up to 20%
domestic travel required. The qualified applicant will
have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or
Scientific Discipline, mathematics or related field,
or foreign equivalent, plus 60 months (5 years) of
post-baccalaureate, progressively responsible experience in SAP PP within a discrete manufacturing
make-to-order/make-to-stock environment, to include
multi-level KMAT materials configuration and testing;
Super-BOM as well as Super-Routing configuration
and testing; writing dependencies using VC module;
integrating the VC module with the SD and CO modules within SAP. Experience must include at least 2
years of experience working in an SAP support environment and using SAP-MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) interfaces, ALE. Required skills:
Integration with SD and MM modules of SAP, SAP
LSMW upload tool, ticketing tools, IDOCs, developing custom RF transactions, ALE. Mail resumes
