CASE

AMETEK Brookfield has named
Hitesh Shah its global vice president
of sales and Vicki Case its global marketing director.
Shah has 25 years of experience in
sales and executive positions in North
America, India, the Middle East and
Asia, serving most recently as global
sales director with Novanta. He also has
worked for General Electric and Meggitt
Sensing Systems.
Case has spent the past 12 years at
Sealed Air in Saddle Brook, N.J. For
the past three years, she worked as vice
president of marketing, global e-commerce and fulfillment solutions. She was
responsible for market strategy, demand
generation, business development and
implementing new business models for
the e-commerce sector.

U.S. Silica Holdings Inc. has appointed
Daniel Miers as president of SandBox
Logistics, a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Miers previously served as chief operating officer of Gulfstream Services,
a supplier of tools and services to the
oil and gas industry. Before that, he
held positions of increasing responsibility
at Key Energy Services. Miers has management experience across major functional areas, including global operations,
sales and marketing, finance, and mergers
and acquisitions.

LLOG Exploration Co. LLC has promoted three longtime employees to executive management positions:
* Philip LeJeune has been named
chief executive officer and president. He
joined LLOG in 1997 and has served as
chief financial officer since 2014. Before
that, he was vice president of planning
and budgeting, and held positions of increasing responsibility in the marketing,
production accounting, acquisition and

divestiture, planning and finance departments.
* Rick Fowler has become chief operating officer. He joined LLOG in 2007
and has served as vice president of deepwater projects since that time. Before
that, he spent 12 years with Dominion
E&P, where he oversaw a $5 billion offshore business unit, and 12 years with
Exxon, where he held various reservoir
engineering and operational assignments.
* Phil Cossich has been promoted
to chief financial officer. He joined LLOG
in 2011 and most recently was vice president of planning and budgeting. Before
LLOG, he was an associate at Macquarie,
focusing on acquisitions and divestitures
for exploration, drilling and production
companies. Cossich began his career at
Tristone Capital.

SWANN

BCCK Holding Company, a provider
of engineering, procurement, fabrication
and field construction services, has appointed Bob Swann director of project
management and controls. He will be responsible for developing proposals, budgets and schedules, and implementing project procedures as well as participating in
the company's long-range planning.
Swann's past positions include project
and engineering management roles with
Pond & Company and DCP Midstream
LP, as well as director of marketing and
vice president of finance for Solvay Interox, a Solvay America company. He
has spent 27 years of his career in Texas.r
Basic Energy Services Inc. has hired
Adam Hurley as vice president of strategy
and business development, a new position
at the company. He is responsible for optimizing asset allocation, leading costreduction efforts, and identifying merger
and acquisition opportunities in Basic's
core markets.

Hurley holds a B.S. from West Point
and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
He served for eight years as an officer
in the U.S. Army, participating in several
combat missions.

HARTLEY

Lightning Master Corporation has
added Tracy Hartley to its operations
group for the Marcellus and Bakken
regions. She will assist customers in
the Marcellus, East Coast and Bakken
territories.
In her experience working with some
of the largest oil and gas companies as
an oil field supervisor, Hartley analyzed
facilities to identify potential lightning
and static issues, then deployed solutions
to prevent downtime. She has years of
experience using and installing LMC
products.

Archrock Inc. has named Douglas
S. Aron its senior vice president and
chief financial officer.
Aron most recently served as executive vice president and CFO of Nine
Energy Service Inc. Before that, he
spent 15 years in senior roles at HollyFrontier Corp. and its predecessors,
including executive vice president and
CFO from July 2011 to March 2017.
Before Frontier Oil Corporation's merger
with Holly in 2011, Aron served Frontier
as executive vice president and CFO,
vice president of corporate finance and
director of investor relations.

Jones Energy Inc., an independent
oil and gas company focused on the
Anadarko Basin, has hired Carl F.
Giesler Jr. as its chief executive officer.
Since September 2014, Giesler has
served as CEO and a director at Glacier
Oil & Gas Corp. Before Glacier, he
was a managing director with Harbinger
Group Inc., leading its oil and gas investment efforts since October 2011. r
