SALMA

Flowserve Corporation, a provider
of flow control products and services,
has named Tauseef Salma its vice president of marketing and technology.
Salma comes to Flowserve from Baker
Hughes, a GE company, where she held
roles of increasing responsibility, including
vice president of oil field and industrial
chemicals and vice president of enterprise
technology. Salma has 21 years of oil
field services experience, and knowledge
of oil field technology development, applications, engineering and product lines.
She holds four U.S. patents.

The American Petroleum Institute
has named Steve Sisneros vice president
of external mobilization. In this role,
he will enhance API's national network
of industry advocates, who help advance
pro-energy policies and promote the
critical role energy plays in peoples'
daily lives.
Sisneros has experience in grassroots development and aspects of winning
campaigns. He previously served as director of campaigns and voter contact
for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
Scott Parker has joined API as manager of rapid response. He will boost
the organization's efforts to quickly disseminate information to policymakers
and influencers on the importance of
America's energy revolution. He comes
to API from the Republican National
Committee, where he served as deputy
research director and assistant deputy
communications director.
In addition, API has promoted Bill
Koetzle to vice president of government
affairs, a role that involves overseeing
the organization's external mobilization,
federal affairs and state government affairs departments. Koetzle joined API
in September as vice president of federal
affairs.

Supply chain and operations consulting firm Maine Pointe has added
two individuals to its oil and gas team:
· Tony Planos will serve as industry
partner.
· Barry Dull is the firm's newest
market specialist.
Planos has 25 years of management
consulting experience, including working
with some of the world's largest globally
integrated oil and gas companies, North
American onshore and offshore upstream
operators, and complex oil and gas refining and marketing companies. Most
recently, he served as senior vice president of business optimization at Synagro
Technologies and as an executive at a
private equity company. Across his
career, he has delivered $2.5 billion in
improved performance.
Dull has experience in both inside
and outside sales, as well as a technical
background. Before joining Maine
Pointe, he served IBM for 20 years as a
senior client executive in the chemicals
and petroleum sector.

PITTS

EnCap Flatrock Midstream has named
Sam Pitts one of its managing partners.
Pitts joined EnCap Flatrock Midstream as managing director in 2014
and was promoted to partner in January
2018. He serves on the board of directors
of several portfolio companies, including
Aspen Midstream LLC, Greenfield Midstream LLC, Lotus Midstream LLC,
Nuevo Midstream Dos LLC and Tradition
Midstream LLC.
Before joining the firm, Pitts was
part of the senior leadership team at
Citigroup's Global Energy Investment
Banking Group, where he focused on
financial advisory work related to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well
as public and private capital market
fundraising.

ROGERS

Jon Rogers has been named chief
executive officer of Locus Bio-Energy
Solutions™, a provider of production
and drilling fluid chemistries.
Before joining Locus Bio-Energy,
Rogers was global head of BL Oil Services at Clariant, where he had overall
profit and loss leadership and responsibility for operations throughout 76 countries. His past leadership roles include
global technology director at BP, where
he reported directly to the multinational
firm's chief technology officer.

Halliburton Company has promoted
Mark Richard from senior vice president
of its Northern Region to Western Hemisphere president, succeeding Jim Brown.
Richard began his career with Halliburton in 1984 in the Gulf of Mexico,
and has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including vice
president of the Gulf of Mexico Region;
senior vice president of the Asia Pacific,
Europe/Sub-Saharan Africa and Eurasia
regions; and senior vice president of global
business development and marketing. r
The California Independent Petroleum Association has hired Sean Wallentine as director of strategic development. In this newly-created role, he
will direct CIPA's Innovative Crude
Methods Program, which deploys renewable energy in the oil patch, as well
as advocate CIPA members' projects at
state agencies and lead CIPA's federal
advocacy efforts.
Wallentine most recently served as
chief deputy to California Board of Equalization member George Runner. He has
held a variety of roles with state legislators,
including legislative director to Assemblyman Jim Morrissey and chief of staff
for three individuals: Assemblyman Roy
Ashburn, state Senator Bob Dutton and
state Senator George Runner.
