Duckworth, DPM T hose of you who have seen the movie “Almost Famous” will know what I mean when I say I feel like the teenager hanging out with the APMA Coding Committee. The movie is based on the semi-autobiographical story of director Cameron Crowe as a teenage journalist writing for Rolling Stone. He is on the road with a 1970s rock band learning the reality of the industry firsthand. The masters on the Coding Committee are my rock stars, and this article is based on what I have learned from them—or from the ever-intimidating CPT book, of course. Many of my peers have had to rely on books, hearsay, seminars, word of mouth, and the infamous Google search to answer their coding questions.
