Resolutions Submission Deadlines for 2013 December 17, 2012 Non-emergency resolutions calling for the expenditure of more than $10,000 must be submitted by this date. January 16, 2013 Non-emergency resolutions calling for the expenditure of $1,000 to $9,999 must be submitted by this date. February 15, 2013 Non-emergency resolutions calling for the expenditure of less than $1,000 must be submitted by this date. March 18, 2013 Emergency resolutions must be submitted prior to 12 p.m. on this date. The Resolution Preparation Guidelines have been created to assist sponsors in the development of a resolution. The guidelines may be found at www.apma. org/hod/resolutionguidelines. The Resolution Financial Impact Form should accompany each resolution and is available at www.apma.org/hod/financialim pactform. Our 18th Annual Credentials Certificates for 2013 House of Delegates Credentialing information for the 2013 House of Delegates was recently mailed to component association presidents and executive directors. Please be sure to return your credentials certificates by early January. Certificates also are available on the APMA website at www. apma.org/HOD. This year, in addition to the options of receiving house materials on a flash drive or in a traditional binder, delegates and alternates may choose to download the information from our website at www.apma.org/HOD. Those who choose to download the information exclusively will not receive a flash drive or a binder. Wireless Internet access will be available in the meeting room. If participants select the flash drive option, they will receive their flash drive as part of the second mailing of house materials and will not receive a report book. The second mailing will be sent in late February. All information provided after the second mailing will be made available in hard copy and online.
