APMA Educational Foundation
Corporate Donors
Corporations have been supporting the APMA Educational
Foundation for many years. Many have established named endowments and are listed on the APMA Educational Foundation
Endowment Benefactor list, while others have chosen to support
scholarships on an annual basis. Special appreciation is extended
to all of our corporate donors for their ongoing support, commitment, and dedication to our students and podiatric medicine.

in support of the student scholarship program.

Team APMA 5K Run/Walk
APMA will host the annual Team APMA 5K Run/Walk in
support of the APMA Educational Foundation Student Scholarship Fund at the APMA 2017 Annual Scientific Meeting
(The National) in Nashville, TN. The race takes place on site at
The National's host property, the Gaylord Opryland Resort
and Convention Center, on Saturday, July 29, at 6 a.m.

The event is open to attendees registered for The National
and exhibitors attending the meeting. Family members of registrants and exhibitors are also welcome to participate. Registration is $20 for podiatric medical students and $25 for all others.
Runners and walkers will receive a free ASICS running shirt.
Sleepers will receive a complimentary cotton shirt. Shirt sizes
will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registrants will also receive a goody bag with more than
$100 worth of products, including a pair of Spenco sandals.

Podiatry Management Hall of Fame
Podiatry Management (PM) will host its 2017 Hall of Fame
Luncheon in support of the APMA Educational Foundation
Student Scholarship Fund. The luncheon takes place on Saturday, July 29, at 12 p.m. in conjunction with The National in
Nashville, TN.
This year's event is sponsored by Bako Integrated Physician
Solutions, PICA, and Sammy Systems. The honorees at this
year's event are G. Dock Dockery, DPM, and Benjamin J. Wallner, APMA director, Legislative Advocacy and APMAPAC.
The PM Hall of Fame luncheon was created to recognize a
podiatrist's and a non-podiatrist's accomplishments in the podiatric medical profession. This award is unique in that recipients are not selected by a committee, but by the results of
American podiatrists' votes. Votes are cast by those completing
PM's annual survey, which appears in August and September
on www.podiatrym.com.
