The park offers four hiking trails including a 1⁄4-mile, barrier-free historical trail and 16-mile multi-use trail; an all-weather public firing range; regulated seasonal hunting; undeveloped access to the lake; and interpretive programs. A new visitor/education center will open in fall 2008. This park is managed jointly by Arkansas State Parks, the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission, and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. The park is 10 miles east of Rogers on Ark. 12. Campsites on Beaver Lake are managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
