School-Based Service Delivery Dysphagia in Schools: An Interdisciplinary Team Approach Emily M. Homer, MA, CCC-SLP Joan C. Arvedson, PhD, CCC-SLP This self-study presents a procedure for interdisciplinary teams addressing dysphagia in schools that has been successfully utilized in a public school system for the past 8 years. In addition to the rationale for schools to adopt similar systems, information is provided on how a school system might structure a team, and the importance of school system support.
