SLP/AUD Increasing Efficiency in SLP Practice: Maximize Productivity, Minimize Pain Ann W. Kummer, PhD, CCC-SLP Productivity can be defined as the measurement of the efficiency of a clinician, program, department, or organization in delivering products or services. Good productivity is essential for any business to survive. Achieving high productivity levels without sacrificing quality or employee satisfaction is an ongoing challenge for the leaders of all organizations.
