Telstra: As Australia’s leading telecommunications and information services company, Telstra is one of the best known brands down under. The Telstra Learning Academy is a partnership with Accenture to support a five-year strategic imperative to develop a next-generation engineering, technical and operations workforce. The Academy includes a dedicated function called “Business Interlock” which develops end-to-end learning plans for each business unit based on its strategic direction.
