Because it is a secure system, the possibility of costly ﬁle loss, corruption, or destruction is eliminated. “ProjectWise has enabled Baker to safely access, manage, and share ﬁles to a level not previously achievable,” Williams said. “When submitting ﬁles to the client, we know not only when they have been retrieved but when they have been viewed.
