agent Quoting geneRatIng a Quote Use BenefitMall Individual Exchange to find plans that are right for your client- save, generate and e-mail proposals, and track them for easy follow up. The system will guide you through the process of learning about the proposed plans and applying for coverage on behalf of your client. From your Agent Portal, click the Generate Quote button located beneath the link to your Shopping Center. fInd PlanS foR youR ClIent • Enter the client’s zip code. • Choose the effective date for coverage to begin. • Indicate who needs coverage (Client, Client and Spouse, Client and Family, Client and Child(ren)). • Choose the type of coverage the client is looking for (Individual & Family Health Insurance or HSA Plan). • Enter the client’s basic demographic data including gender, date of birth, and tobacco use in the last 12 months. • Click Show Plan Count to see how many plans match the criteria entered. • Click Narrow Your Search to narrow your query if the number of plans returned is too large. 4
