Registration Information Registration for the 2008 Fall Conference includes admittance to conference sessions, exhibits and receptions, continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, September 30, Region Breakfast and lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, October 1, and conference materials. The registration fee does not include admittance to the BICSI courses being offered before or after the Fall Conference, exam fees, or pre-conference educational seminars. Registration at the Regular Rate will run July 19, 2008, through September 12, 2008. After September 12, 2008, online registration will be closed and an On-site Rate will be available. A check made payable to BICSI (drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars) or credit card authorization for registration fees MUST be received with the registration form in order for you to be registered. If cancellation of your Fall Conference registration is necessary, you must send written notice (e-mail or fax is acceptable) to BICSI. All cancellations must be received in writing on or before August 15, 2008 and are subject to a $99 cancellation fee. Confirmed Fall Conference registrants who do not attend or who cancel after August 15, 2008, are responsible for the entire registration fee. Transfer of registration fees to any future conference is not allowed. A Fall Conference attendee may substitute another person at no additional charge. The substitution request must be received by 3 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2008. Pre-Conference Seminar registration is refundable less a $20 cancellation service charge until August 15, 2008. Those who registered for a seminar and cancel after August 15, 2008, or who do not attend the seminar are responsible for the entire seminar registration fee. Substitutions may be made prior to the seminar. For exhibitor-related cancellations/refunds, see the Exhibitor Contract in the 2008 Exhibitor Prospectus. exhibit Hall Visitor Badge Cancellations If you pre-register for a $50 Exhibit Hall visitor badge, there will be no refund if you cancel or do not attend. guest Registration Guests of attendees may include a spouse, significant other, family member or friend NOT working in the information transport systems industry. As a registered guest, you may attend Exhibit Hall functions and enjoy complimentary presentations in the Guest Hospitality Lounge. Each attendee is limited to one registered guest. NeW!
